7. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documentation. Travara Ceylon is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to improper documentation.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, loss of belongings, and unforeseen events is strongly recommended. Travara Ceylon shall not be liable for losses covered by insurance.
9. Liability & Responsibility
Travara Ceylon acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and activity operators. While we take care in selecting reliable partners, we are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Force Majeure
Travara Ceylon shall not be held responsible for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, weather conditions, or government regulations.
11. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements prior to travel. Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk, and safety instructions provided by guides and operators must be followed at all times.
12. Conduct & Behavior
Clients are expected to respect local laws, customs, cultures, and the environment. Travara Ceylon reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
